Sweet and Sour Pork dish is very common in Chinese cooking. As one of the Chinese New Year recipes, here's are simple steps on how to make sweet and sour pork dish.

Ingredients:

1/2 lb boneless pork (chopped into bite size)
1 tbsp beef broth
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp garlic (minced)
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp cornstarch mix with water
1/2 cup onion (chopped)
1/2 cup celery (chopped)
1/2 cup carrots (chopped)
